Alexander White

Managing partner

Managing Partner at Avellio and a built environment professional with a broad understanding of the UK and European RE space, backed by a solid client-side consultancy background. Former tenures held at Buro Happold, Bouygues, and Deloitte RE, ensuring a sound understanding of each unique client requirement. 

Providing professional advisory on PMO recruitment - Functional Project Management & Development Management roles, up to board level appointments. Appointing high performing talent with the most progressive career opportunities with leading RE consultancies, investors and developers.

Sven Andersson


Sven joined Avellio in 2010. He is an experienced former infrastructure Project Director, with private and public sector experience gained in the UK and Nordics.

In 2007 he moved in to executive search, joining the Heidrick and Struggles commercial search team. He has been actively headhunting Property Leaders and Project Managers for over a decade, appointing them with stellar companies in diverse locations such as the UK, wider Europe, Scandinavia and the Middle East.

He holds a degree in engineering from Imperial College. Sven speaks English, German and Swedish.

Mathilde Bock


Mathilde Bock began her property search career with Boyden Executive, where she rose to head the Asset Management and Real Estate Finance Practice. 

Mathilde holds a degree from the University of Hamburg, where she majored in Economics. Following a successful career start with Daimler Chrysler as a Portfolio Manager, she then moved in to the executive search arena.

Mathilde is responsible for business development and client relationship management at Avellio London.

She has developed skills for talent identification and leadership development across finance and asset management functions within the EU real estate sector and has worked on over 70 retained senior searches. She speaks fluent German and English.
