Alexander White

Alex is the founder of Avellio. He is a former Engineer and Analyst, with past tenures served at Deloitte, Citibank and Airbus. 

His domain experience as an analyst transcends finance and consumer retail, with functional expertise in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), and Insight. 

He holds a bachelors degree in Engineering & Management from Groningen University.

Alex speaks English, with an elementary standard of business Dutch, and Swedish.

Sonia Carlo

Sonia is Territory Manager at Avellio, with responsibility for overseeing sales development of Avellio Europe; covering the entirety of France, Germany, Benelux, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. 

Sonia holds a degree in Computer Science from York University, and speaks fluent English and Italian.

Paul Scott

Paul Scott is a partner at Avellio and a core member of the firm’s Big Data Analytics and Digital Practices. His search practice spans the financial services, technology, industrial, and consumer retail industries.

Paul’s collection of search work has been on behalf of the FTSE 350, venture-backed and private equity-owned companies. Functional search experience includes Artificial Intelligence, Chief Data Officer, Digital leadership, and Automation roles.

Paul received a bachelor’s of science degree in management from University College London.

Peter Zolobko

Peter works across our Poland, Slovakia and Lithuania Digital Marketing, Insight and Analytics permanent divisions.

He develops and monitors statistical reports to enhance recruitment strategies, controls yield management, client development, and manages operational efficiency.

Peter is a graduate of Warsaw University with a Degree in Business and Economics. He speaks fluent English, Polish, and German, along with a good standard of Slovakian and Lithuanian.
