Mathilde is responsible for business development, managing client relationships and delivering and expanding all mentoring programmes. She has developed skills for talent identification and leadership development across multiple sectors from operational levels to board effectiveness
Sven has been actively headhunting senior Architects and Design Managers for over a decade, appointing them with stellar companies in diverse locations such as the UK, wider Europe, Scandinavia and the Middle East.
Steven is a graduate of LSE and the founder of Avellio. He has extensive real estate search experience across the areas of finance and legal and has been involved in some of the most notable hires, build outs and human capital strategies within the sectors at partner and c-level. His past industry experience at Societe Generale and RBS, combined with blue-chip search at Hendrick and Struggles equips Steven with a solid all robust understanding of RE talent strategy, the sector as a whole, and the demands and needs of clients.
